Inspection Scope

  • Inspection of ribbons, three busbars, positions, and edge distances after bussing
  • Detects ribbon offset, weak soldering, retraction, bending, missing ribbons, busbar overlap, and overlength
  • Also measures encapsulant margins, reserved ribbon length, and busbar position relative to glass and cells

  • Supports modules from 992 × 1650 mm to 1450 × 2550 mm
  • Compatible with standard, double-glass, film, and half-cell modules using 182–230 mm, 10–24BB MBB cells
  • Uses three 4K color industrial cameras with centralized review for two lines
