This notice covers the contact and sample-submission workflow. We follow data minimization, private storage, and controlled access.

What we collect

  • Contact name, company, and contact details
  • Industry, inspection target, line constraints, and needs
  • Images, documents, or ZIP files you choose to upload
  • Submission time, source page, consent version, and delivery results

Why we use it

  • Assess imaging, algorithms, installation, and interfaces
  • Contact you about sample tests and solution scope
  • Maintain internal engineering records for this request
  • We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing

Who can access it

  • Only authorized editors, reviewers, and administrators can view private attachments
  • Notifications may be sent separately to company email and a Feishu work group
  • The public website does not expose raw contact details, attachments, or exact locations
  • A project may be published only after desensitization and release review

Retention and deletion

  • When retention is disabled, the server does not keep the record or attachment long-term, although notification channels still receive the submission
  • When enabled, the maximum period is governed by the administrative policy and defaults to 90 days; submission records, attachments, and delivery audits are deleted automatically after expiry
  • Use the contact page or public phone number to request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion
  • Copies in email, Feishu, and backups follow their respective administrative cleanup cycles

Before uploading

Do not upload unrelated identity documents, financial data, trade secrets, or third-party personal information. Contact an engineer first when a sensitive project requires a dedicated transfer method.
