In-line front and rear appearance inspection before lamination
Detects ribbon offset, busbar anomalies, spacing issues, cracks, bubbles, chips, missing corners, and foreign objects
Supports single-glass, double-glass, full-cell, and half-cell mono modules

Deployment

Two 8K line-scan cameras for the front and one 8K camera for the rear
Installs after tabbing or edge trimming with short-edge feeding between conveyors
Minimum installation length of 250 mm with one-click recipe switching
