Inspection Scope

  • In-line front and rear appearance inspection before lamination
  • Detects ribbon offset, busbar anomalies, spacing issues, cracks, bubbles, chips, missing corners, and foreign objects
  • Supports single-glass, double-glass, full-cell, and half-cell mono modules

Deployment

  • Two 8K line-scan cameras for the front and one 8K camera for the rear
  • Installs after tabbing or edge trimming with short-edge feeding between conveyors
  • Minimum installation length of 250 mm with one-click recipe switching

Performance & Data

  • Equipment cycle time below 11 seconds and defect judgment within 5 seconds
  • Utilization at or above 99.9% with dimensional error within ±0.2 mm
  • Specified miss rate below 0.05% and false-positive rate below 5%
  • MES upload, shift/yield reports, and one-to-many centralized control
